Experience that
began with the land.
Arizona native Kent Sheppard began his business career operating his family’s farming business. In 1996, he founded KLASS Services Inc., a civil site contracting company.
After leading the development and construction of several speculative homes, Kent founded Raindance Builders in 2009. That background brought a practical understanding of sites, construction and the relationships that move a project forward.
